One of the most popular pieces by Fernando Sor (Barcelona, 1778 - Paris, 1839). The first edition of the piece is dated 1821 in London. The theme sounds different than the Mozart's original: indeed it is already a variation! The piece consists in an "orchestral" introduction, theme, variations and finale (an extended "coda").
